As a Master’s student at WFI – Ingolstadt School of Management, I am here to share that my master’s thesis, titled “Strategic Growth for a Startup in Africa: An Action Learning Approach” aims to revolutionize the way menstrual hygiene education is disseminated in communities where it’s most needed.
This isn’t just a study; it’s a mission. A mission where I’m partnering with the startup Cultural Cooperation Mozambique e.V., alongside its co-founder Josepha Niebelschütz, to make a meaningful impact. Our collaborative efforts are further strengthened by the invaluable support of SISTAC and Bayer. This mission is spearheaded under the Chair of Christian Social Ethics and Social Policy, guided by the expertise of Prof. Dr. Andre Habisch.
My aim? To develop and validate a training program that can equip mentors with the tools and knowledge to transform menstrual hygiene practices in Mozambique, fostering an environment where young women can thrive without the stigmas and barriers associated with menstrual health.
